Fire Safety Training Courses

Môn Fire Management’s Fire Safety Training Course is suitable for staff in most workplaces including retail, hotel, catering, office or manufacturing premises. The course is designed to cover any requirements identified through the risk assessment carried out under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Course Aim

To increase staff awareness of good fire safety procedures for both the workplace and the home, and to help staff deal confidently and safely with any situation that may arise or be encountered as a result of a fire.

Course Objectives

On completion of the course, trainees will have an understanding of –

  • The causes and prevention of fire
  • The importance of fire routines, evacuation and means of escape procedures
  • Human behaviour in the event of a fire Fire extinguishers identification and application
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and inspection procedures and that they are able to communicate this knowledge to other staff members

Duration

Approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Delivery

The training will be provided by means of presentations, videos, practical demonstrations and an open forum.

A fully qualified Môn Fire Management Trainer.

Venue

Ideally your own premises or any suitable venue that is mutually agreeable. Alternatively we have several venues throughout North Wales and the North West of England which may be available if required.

Certification

A certificate of attendance will be awarded to all delegates.
